Wholesale Requirements
Who Qualifies
To be eligible for a wholesale account, you must be:
- A retail business selling products to the public
- A service business using products professionally (salons, spas, etc.)
- Properly licensed with valid business credentials
Required Documentation
- Business license or certificate
- Resale certificate or tax ID number (where applicable)
- Completed wholesale application
- Valid business email address
Minimum Orders
- First Order: $250 minimum
- Reorders: $250 minimum
- All prices shown are before shipping and taxes
How to Apply
Step 1: Complete Application

Fill out all required fields including:
- Business information
- Tax ID/Resale number
- Product categories of interest
- Estimated monthly volume
Step 2: Submit Documentation
Email completed application and required documents to:

Step 3: Account Approval
- Review process: 2-3 business days
- Notification sent via email once approved
- Wholesale price list provided upon approval
- Access to available wholesale products
Step 4: Place Your First Order
- Email orders to your wholesale specialist
- Minimum first order: $250
- Payment terms provided with approval

Ordering
- All orders placed via email with wholesale specialist
- Order confirmation sent within 24 hours
- Payment required before shipment (NET terms available for established accounts)
Shipping
- Orders ship within 2-3 business days
- Shipping costs calculated based on order size and destination

Returns & Damages Policy
Product Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report immediately - Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Document damage - Take photos of damaged items and packaging
- Save everything - Keep all packaging materials for carrier claims
- Don't open - Leave seals, shrink bands, and incorrect items unopened
- Quick resolution - We'll arrange replacement or credit promptly
