Money Orders

We accept U.S. Postal Money Orders and bank money orders for mail-in orders.

Requirements for Money Order Payment:

2. Make payable to: Just Natural Products LLC
3. Include completed form with your money order
4. Mail to address below (see Money Order Instructions)

• Credit cards with non-U.S. billing addresses
• Wire transfers
• Cryptocurrency
• Layaway plans or payment plans

How We Protect Your Information

• All transactions processed through SSL-encrypted secure servers
• PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
• We do not store complete credit card numbers
• CVV codes are never stored
• Transactions verified through address verification (AVS)

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

• Verify all payment information before processing
• Request additional documentation for high-value orders
• Cancel orders that fail security verification

How to Order with Money Order

Step 1: Calculate Your Total

• Product subtotal
• Plus shipping charges (see Shipping Policy)
• Plus applicable sales tax (Florida residents only)
• Money order must be for exact amount

Step 2: Obtain Money Order

• Purchase from USPS or your bank
• Make payable to: Just Natural Products LLC
• Amount must be in U.S. dollars

Step 3: Complete Required Form

• Fill out completely - incomplete forms will delay processing
• Include your order details and contact information

Step 5: Processing

• Allow 7-10 business days for mail delivery
• Order processes within 2 business days of receipt
• You'll receive email confirmation when order ships

Important Money Order Information

• DO NOT send money order without completed form
• DO NOT send cash or coins
• Keep your money order receipt until order is received
• Orders not processed without complete payment and form
• Overpayments refunded via company check
• Underpayments will delay order until resolved

BILLING INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS

Required Information

All orders require:

• Complete billing address matching card/PayPal account
• Valid phone number
• Valid email address for order confirmation

Billing/Shipping Address Mismatch

If shipping address differs from billing address:

• Additional verification may be required
• First-time customers may need to provide additional documentation
• Orders may be delayed for security verification

PAYMENT PROCESSING

When Payment is Charged

• Credit/Debit Cards: Authorized at checkout, charged when order ships
• PayPal: Charged immediately at checkout
• Money Orders: Processed upon receipt

Authorization Holds

• We may place temporary authorization hold at checkout
• Hold typically releases within 3-5 business days if order cancelled
• Contact your bank for specific hold policies

SALES TAX

• Florida residents: Sales tax added as required by law
• Tax calculated on subtotal plus shipping
• Tax-exempt customers must provide valid exemption certificate

CURRENCY

• All prices in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• International customers responsible for currency conversion fees

DECLINED PAYMENTS

• Insufficient funds
• Card expired
• Daily spending limit exceeded
• International card used

REFUNDS

• Refunds issued to original payment method only
• Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear
• PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
• Money order purchases: Refunded via company check (10-15 business days)

Before initiating a chargeback:

• Most issues resolved within 24-48 hours
• Chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account suspension

GIFT CARDS

• Gift cards available for purchase
• No expiration date
• Non-refundable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Lost or stolen cards not replaced
