    30-Day Return Window

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery (not purchase date)
    • Items must be returned within this 30-day window to qualify for a refund
    • Products returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at sender's expense

    Return Conditions

    • Products must be at least 75% full to qualify for return
    • Empty or nearly empty containers are not eligible for refunds
    • Products must be in original, resalable condition
    • Sample sizes and trial products are not eligible for returns or refunds
    • We do not offer exchanges – only refunds for eligible returns

    2. Include Documentation: Enclose the completed return form along with a copy of your packing slip, invoice, or order confirmation email
    3. Ship Your Return: Send returns to the address below
    4. Use Trackable Shipping: For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and insurance)
    5. Return Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels

    Refund Information

    • Allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    Failure to report damages within 48 hours may result in inability to file carrier claims or provide replacement.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
